William “Bill” Olson Sr. , age 75, United States Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran 1966-1968. Beloved husband of the late Lynn Olson. Loving father of William Olson Jr. and Julie (Daniel) Redican. Proud papa of Hannah, Nolan, and Faith Redican.
Caring brother of Cecilia Solner, Rudy, George, Eddie, and Harry Olson. Dear brother in law, uncle, and friend. Bill spent a 40 year career as a stagehand with Local 2 at the Lyric Opera House where he was a scenic carpenter and stagehand.
Funeral, Wednesday November 2, 2022, 9:30 AM at the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 Wolf Road, Mokena, IL. 60448 to St. Mary Church, Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM.
