Married William Joseph Bielawski (deceased September 1, 2011) on June 18, 1949 in Chicago, IL. Cherished mother of Eileen (Thomas) Fowles, William Joseph III (Joan), the late Cynthia (late Richard) Huenecke, Mark (Corinne), Melanie Beck, and Daniel. Treasured grandmother (Buscia) of Sarah (Matt Poulson) Fowles, Aaron Fowles (Ashley), Jeffrey, Brian, Nicholas (Mary), Jennifer, Nicole (Wayne) Erikson, Mark Jr (Jessica), Amy Jo (Adam) Reis, Marci (Shaun) McDuffee, Laura Nichols, Kirk Nichols, Justin, Garrett and Elliott. Daughter of the late Joseph and Kazimiera Kraska. Dearest sister to the late brother Sigismund (late Helen) Kraska, late Vincent Kraska, late Thaddeus Kraska, and sister, the late Lillian (late Lloyd) McGinty. Sister-in-law to Dorothy (late John) Ruzich, Isabelle (Robert) Prskalo, and the late Mary (late Emil) Lestinsky, late Martin (late Mildred), late Edward (late Gladys), late Ervin (late Anne), late Eugene (late Hilda), late John (late Stephanie), late Lorraine (Frank) Malis, late Ruth (Bernard) Prisby, and late Harry (Mary Anne). Beloved great-grandmother to seven and aunt to many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 3:00-9:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home (17248 S. Harlem Ave., Tinley Park, IL) and a funeral mass will be celebrated on December 22, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Stephen’s Church (17500 S. 84th Ave. Tinley Park, IL) followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery (Michigan City Road, Calumet City, IL). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hesed House (659 South River Street, Aurora, IL 60506) and specify the Sophie Bielawski Memorial for PADS.
