Sharon M. Swistak-Sobieck

Sharon M. Swistak-Sobieck, age 61, late of Tinley Park, IL, passed away December 31, 2023. Sharon enjoyed her time at the casino; making bets and winning big was her forte. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Beloved wife of Kevin Sobieck for 27 years. Loving mother of Matthew Sobieck. Caring sister of Susan Swistak and Lawrence White. Beloved sister-in-law and niece. Kind Aunt of several nieces and nephews. Cherished friend of Sherry Farrar and Liz Ruhnke. Dear daughter of the late Matthew and Joan Swistak. Sharon received her master's degree from Elmhurst college and her bachelor's form the University of Phoenix. This education allowed her to have a fulfilling career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for 29 years, and enjoyed the last 12 years at Ascension Healthcare.

Visitation, Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477.
