Sarah M. Wolf

Sarah May (Hotchkin) Wolf passed away suddenly on July 22, 2023, at the age of 81. She was born to John E and Sarah J Hotchkin on March 15, 1942. Sarah was a beloved wife and proud mother and grandmother; dedicated to her faith and family above all and remembered most for her generosity of time, talent and smiles by all who knew her. Sarah always stayed active - listening, praying, teaching, feeding, gardening, mothering, and loving her family and friends.

Sarah is survived by her loving family: husband Paul; children Daniel (Corinna) Wolf, Laura (Brad) Anstoetter, Julie (Matthew) Ferin and Timothy Wolf; grandchildren Kylie Wolf, Andrew & Jack Anstoetter, Nathan, Rachel, Alexis & Jillian Ferin; and sister Jean (Balsamo). She is preceded in death by parents John and Sarah; brothers Rev. John and Thomas; sisters Kathleen (Willett) and Mary (Camper).

Visitation Thursday, July 27, 2023, 2:00-8:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 Wolf Road, Mokena, IL. Funeral Friday, July 28, 2023, 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home to St. Mary Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery - Mokena.
