Sandra Lee Patrick nee Swart late of Mokena, IL. Passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family at her side. Beloved wife of John. Loving mother of Ranea (Timothy) Breen, Mark (Diane) Patrick, Denise Patrick, Seanne (Patrick) Buckwalter, Kelly (Mark) Muehlnickel and Colleen (Richard) Lenart. Proud grandmother of Ashley, T.J., Michelle, Mark, Michael, Molly, Amanda, Jake and Charlie. Caring sister of Claudia Matanyi. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
