Robert "Bob" R. Anaszewicz

Robert “Bob” R. Anaszewicz, age 85, late of Frankfort, IL, passed away peacefully February 3, 2024, surrounded by love. Beloved husband of Felicia Anaszewicz, nee Mikolajczak, for 49 years. Loving father of Sara Anaszewicz (Jason Raidbard). Proud and adoring Papa of Penny. Caring brother of Elizabeth (late George) Kujawa. Devoted son of the late Anthony and Edna Anaszewicz. Dear brother-in-law of Anne Miklos. Fond Uncle of four nieces.

Bob was a patternmaker for U.S. Steel for 28 years and worked for Annunciata School and Parish for over 15 years. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed many trips to lakes in Wisconsin and Minnesota throughout his life in search of the ever-elusive walleye. Along with his wife, Felicia, Bob shared his deep love of the outdoors and nature with his daughter, Sara, and together they enjoyed many family road trips throughout the U.S., including “out west” to various National and State Parks. Bob was a skilled woodworker and made many beautiful pieces of furniture for family which will be cherished for generations. Bob was known for his sense of humor – a silly joke or saying was always at the ready and he loved to laugh with family and friends.
