Richard Roman Dluski, age 67, passed away suddenly on April 10, 2024.
He was born on April 30, 1956 in Chicago, IL to Estelle T. (nee Ciurej) and Roman R. Dluski.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 amazing years, Laura (nee Davis) Dluski; loving father of Kelly (Kevin) Glavin, Jaclyn (David) Carpenter, and Jason Dluski; cherished Grampie to six grandchildren: Abigail, Braden, Charlotte, Emery, Dawson, and Jaxon; dear brother of Carol (Richard) Minarik, Gloria (Daniel) Feeley, and Christine (John) Dobersztyn; and caring uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Richard worked for more than 40 years as an ultrasound technician and cherished his time with all his co-workers and students. He was an avid musician, fisherman, talented artist, and skilled handyman. He made a memorable impact with his witty remarks and playful outlook on life. He treasured his faith in Jesus Christ and time with family at his home. For 20+ years living at their home in Manhattan, Richard was proud of making their yard his sanctuary that brought him a lot of peace and comfort in his last 5 years.
