Polly Heim

Polly Jeanette Heim nee Wallace, age 91, late of Clarendale of Mokena. Born to the late Ralph and Mervane Wallace. Survived by her loving family; Son Craig (Sharon) Heim, Grandsons Daniel (Shannon) Heim, Wesley (Amy) Heim, Grand Daughter Krista (Nathan) Brouwer, Great grandchildren Jessica, Arthur, Brian, Henry, and Savannah. Sister Janina (late Charles) Pronger. Several nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends. Preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Heim, daughter Jill Marie in infancy, son Dale, grandson Brian Heim, sisters Virginia McHenry, Harriet (Thomas) Rose, sister in laws Margaret (Wayne) Blackburn, Lois (Norman) Tullock, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Polly was employed as a Secretary for Mokena Public School District 159 for 27 years earning the honor of “Those who Excel” in 1991 before retiring in 1995. Polly was loved and adored by so many throughout her 91 years.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 7, 2022, 2:00-8:00 PM at the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 Wolf Road, Mokena, IL. 60448. Family and close friends are invited to attend a Chapel Service, Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Garden South.
