Phyllis Kubik, 89, passed away on October 11, 2024, Late of Tinley Park, IL.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Norbert Kubik. Loving mother of Maryann (Anthony) Senese, James (Marie) Kubik, Diane (John) Nakashian, Joanne (Stanley) Guzik. Dear grandmother of Jason, Nick, Brittany, Lisa, Taylor, Nicole, Chris, Mike, Danny, Samantha, Sabrina and great grandmother of 7.

Visitation will be held Tuesday October 15, 2024, 3:00-8:00 PM Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL. 60477. Funeral will commence Wednesday 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home to St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
