Patrick J. Cahill

Patrick James Cahill 52 of Tinley Park,IL passed away Wednesday, October 4th, 2017 at Palos Hospital.
Pat was born February 15th, 1965 to James L Cahill and Mary Jane (née Nolan) Cahill. He attended St. George grade school, Joliet Catholic High School and graduated from Governors State College.
He was a partner with Trace Ambulance until his illness in 2010.
Pat made friends with everyone and enjoyed life to the fullest.
He was a kind and generous person with a sense of humor you could not match.
He could tell stories over and over again and still make you laugh even after hearing it for the 10th time.
He was an avid White Sox fan attending many games including the World Series win in 2005.
Pat will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Pat is survived by his brother Brian (Jan) Cahill of Underwood, IA;
sisters Maureen (Dave) Burke of South Bend, IN; Colleen Cahill of Tinley Park, IL; and Brigid (Steve) Kaluzny of Joliet,IL.; nieces and nephews;
Kevin (Maggie) Cahill, Erin Cahill, Michael (Julie) Cahill, Tim (Lauren)
Burke, Kelly (Brian) Stanley, Patrick Burke, Ryann (Todd) Hager, Michael Kaluzny and Megan Kaluzny; Aunts Joan (Mike) Finnerty,
Marge (late Roy) Schriver
and numerous cousins including two very special cousins Mike (Cathy) Cahill and Paul (Janet) Cahill.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents James and Mary Jane Cahill
and grandparents. Visitation Monday October 09, 2017, 3:00-8:00 PM at the Vandenberg Funeral Home 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL.
Funeral Tuesday October 10, 2017, 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home to
St. George Church, Mass 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
