Patricia Ann Carlton

Patricia Ann Carlton, 66, of Frankfort, IL, passed away on September 28th, 2017 peacefully in her home.

Visitation will be 4 pm – 9 pm Thursday October 5th at Vandenberg Funeral Home in Mokena.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am Friday October 5th at St. Mary’s Church in Mokena. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mokena.

Tricia was born in Chicago, IL to David and Joyce Cullen on May 20th, 1951. She grew up and went to school in Tinley Park, IL. She married the love of her life, Frank Carlton on December 6th 1975. She was the proud mother of three sons and proud grandma of six grandchildren. Tricia, affectionately known as “Trish” to many friends and family, was a selfless person that always put others first. Tricia was an extremely loving, caring and positive soul that will be missed dearly by all.

Tricia is preceded in death by her daughter Amanda Joy, her father David T. Cullen and her father in law, Jesse L. Carlton.

Tricia is survived by her husband Frank Carlton, her sons Andrew Carlton, Adam Carlton and Ryan Carlton, her brother and sisters David Cullen, Susan (Bruce) Meyers, Theresa (Cliff) Wicks, Barb (Len) Heine, Lori (Wayne) Macha, Marcia (Carlton) Cullen, her mother in law Gerri Carlton, her mother Joyce Cullen, her daughter in laws Theresa (Berman) Carlton, Heather (Chapman) Carlton, Angela (Turano) Carlton, her grandchildren Kevin Carlton, Kailee Carlton, Graham Carlton, Owen Carlton, Ella Carlton and Harper Carlton.

The family of Tricia Carlton asks that in lieu of flowers, that donations are made in her name to The Cancer Support Center located in Mokena, IL and Homewood, IL. These donations can be made at www.cancersupportcenter.org and donation envelopes will be provided at the visitation.
