Norbert M. Tebo

August 14, 1943 — January 13, 2022

Norbert Michael Tebo, Born August 14, 1943 to Reynold Harvey Tebo and Iola Mae Terrian in Chicago, IL, with four siblings: Joyce Thallus, Robert Fazette, James "Harvey" Tebo and Norma Mullinex. He is survived by his son Scott Tebo (Julie), his stepson James Hamilton and stepdaughters Patricia Kich (James), Marianne Climack (John), his sister Norma Mullinex, his grandchildren, Carli Tebo (Peter Kunesh), Courtney Tebo (Dylon Iverson), Jerry Gustavson (Amelia), Chris Gustavson (Samantha), Julia Ernst (Michael), Rachel Rhea (Charlie), and Haley Kich (Kate Rothgaber), Stacey (Jerry) Robinson, Lisa Oberleitner, McCoy Mraz, 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Robert and James and his sister Joyce. He went by his middle name "Mike." Mike was an over-the-road truck driver, a mover by trade. Throughout the years of his work travels, he would bring home every stray dog he saw that was abandoned at the truck stops. He had a heart of gold and would put others' needs in front of his own. He was an avid reader. He absolutely loved animals, especially dogs, and he had many. He loved music, loved to sing, loved to dance. Loved to spend the afternoon playing his oldies record albums. He taught his granddaughters how to drive, the right way. Taught all of his children to stand up for themselves. Loved his stepchildren as if they were his own. Loved his family unconditionally. He loved watching Animal Planet, Antiques Roadshow, Football and Boxing. He will be terribly missed by many.
