Michael Convey

Michael Convey ,68, died peacefully on 11/23/2020. He is survived by his wife Mary (nee Scanlon) ,son Joseph and daughters Catherine and Bridget. Michael had many loving Grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded by his son Sean earlier this year.
Michael was proud to have been raised on the South side's Little Flower Parish.
He spent many years of his life cooking at some South side staples, most notably Ken's Guest House and the Oak lawn Elks club.
Michael was known to sing an amazing rendition of "The House of the Rising Sun" and could never be bested on the dance floor. Michael also liked to keep it simple, the daycations will always be remembered by his children.
Michael will be missed by all he left behind. R.I.P.
A funeral mass will be Monday 12/07/ 2020 at St Elizabeth Seton Church in Orland hills at 11:30 am. Please take all social distance precautions. Thank you
