Maxine D. Littva

On October 24, 2015 at 10:00 PM, Heaven gained a great woman. Maxine Littva nee Farrow, born July 1, 1923 in Denver Colorado, met the love of her life Arthur on a dance floor during World War II. She enjoyed 63 years of marriage with her favorite dance partner. After struggling with infertility, she was blessed with Susan Littva-Mitchell, Arthur Jr. (Nancy), Katherine (Kelly) Halpin, Patricia, Julia (Ron) Reeder, Betty Insalaco and Emily (Rick) Redman. Those 7 children blessed her with 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was a constant, steady force, with a bright smile and a saying for any situation. She loved dancing, bowling, golf and her family & friends. Funeral Wednesday October 28, 2015, 9:30 AM, at the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477, to St. George Church, Mass 10:00 AM.
