Mary Jean Ficek nee Bouman, born June 6, 1923 to Harry and Mabel. Beloved wife of the late Rudolph Ficek. Loving mother of Dan (late Sandra), Don (Sharon), Vance (Kathy) and Dennis (Shirley). Caring grandmother of Joshua, late Becki, Ani, Emily (Jeff) Burgess, Roy (Sarah), Lance (Julie), Ted (Rachel), Leah, Tara (Tom) Krol, Chad (Laura), Mark (Brittany), Jen and great grandmother of 21. Dear sister of Ellen Meyering, the late Wesley and the late Kenneth.
Visitation Tuesday August 28, 2018, 2:00-5:00 PM at the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 S. Wolf Road, Mokena, IL. 60448. Lying in state Wednesday August 29, 2018, 10:00 AM until time of service 11:00 AM at the Heritage Baptist Church, 21739 S. La Grange Road, Frankfort, IL 60423. Interment will be in private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the Missions fund @  the Heritage Baptist Church of Frankfort, IL.
