Lillian D. Heim (nee Hellmuth), Age 91, passed away March 28, 2016. A lifetime resident of Mokena, IL, recently residing at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, Joliet, IL.
Loving mother of Jo Ann (John) Duffy and Dennis (Joan) Heim. Proud grandmother of Brian Duffy, Bridget (Steve) Thorpe, Erin Duffy, Eric Heim and Megan Heim. Great grandmother of Spencer and Ellie Thorpe. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph (of 68 years), parents Albert and Elizabeth Hellmuth, four sisters and one brother.
Funeral Saturday, April 9, 2016, lying in state from 9:00 a.m. until time of service 10:00
a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 10731 West LaPorte Rd., Mokena, IL, 60448. Interment Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, St. Francis Road, Frankfort, IL.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home and Joliet Area Community Hospice for their compassionate and loving care.
