Leota M. Luetgert, commonly referred to as Lee, a strong-willed and devoted matriarch, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert M. Luetgert and the cherished mother of Laura Urso, Guy (Suzin) Luetgert, and the late Valerie Luetgert.
A proud and loving grandmother, Lee adored Summer Luetgert (Rocco Chiero), Brittany Urso (Brandon Feliszak), Alexandra Urso (Monther Atieh), Vincent Innaimo, and Nicholas Innaimo, as well as Christina Urso. She was also a devoted great-grandmother to Cash Feliszak, Noah Atieh, Zackary Atieh, and Mia Atieh.
Lee's life revolved around her family, and she was the heart of every gathering. She loved a good party, filled with music, laughter, and dancing. Known for her sharp wit and comical personality, she brought joy to everyone around her. As the ultimate caretaker, she was deeply involved in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, attending their sporting events and cheering them on with endless enthusiasm.
Lee's strength and determination carried her through life, and she fought bravely until the very end. Her presence will be dearly missed, but the memories she created will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Vandenberg Funeral Home in Tinley Park, Illinois, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
