Julian A. Soroka, age 18, late of Mokena, IL. Beloved son of John and Stacie Soroka. Loving brother of Jaden. Caring grandson of Mark Friberg, Ann (Bill) Kick and Samantha (Bill) Elio. Dear nephew and cousin to many. Julian dedicated his life to music; he was very talented at writing and producing music. Since his illness in January 2015, Julian has exhibited strength and grace. He was brave enough to talk about the unthinkable challenges he was facing and courageous enough to keep dreaming. His passion for writing music stayed with him throughout his life. Lying in State Saturday, April 2, 2016, 10:00 AM until time of Service 11:00 AM, at Trinity Lutheran Church 6850 W. 159th Street, Tinley Park, IL. 60477. Interment is private. Visitation Friday 3:00-9:00 PM, at Vandenberg Funeral Home 19604 Wolf Rd. Mokena, IL. 60448.
