Janet A. LaGrou nee Kovaka, age 84, late of Tinley Park, passed away June 24, 2024. Registered Nurse for 28 years. Janet enjoyed gambling, playing slot machines, and video poker. Avid fan of dining at restaurants. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, extended family, extended-extended family, and especially her grandchildren.

Beloved significant other of Jim Kasal. Loving mother of Jerry (Anne Sharp) LaGrou and Jeff (Donna) Lagrou. Cherished grandmother of Jacob (Dominique) LaGrou, Kayley LaGrou, Leanne (Jamal Valdez) Lagrou, and Jeffrey Jr. Lagrou. Caring sister of the late Patricia (the late Jack) Giltmier. Dear daughter of the late John and the late Ann Kovaka. Kind aunt of several nieces and nephews.
