James Gorecki

James Gorecki, age 74, late of Mokena, IL, passed away May 5, 2023. James was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary Church in Mokena, IL. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Beloved husband of Carol Gorecki nee Wayer for 53 years. Loving father of James (Kathy) Gorecki, Richard (Kerry) Gorecki, and Rebecca (Jerry) Dowling. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa, Jim, Sarah, Nathan, Jacob, Clare, Zachary. Dear son of the late John and Eugenie Gorecki. Uncle of several nieces and nephews. Lying in State, Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 19515 115th Ave. Mokena, IL 60488. Interment will be Private.
