Donald R. Cusack age 82 passed away peacefully on March 17, 2017 in Ft. Myers, FL. Loving father of Scot (Treasa) Cusack. Proud grandfather of Bradley Cusack. Step grandfather of Lisa Vaughn, Nisha Papadatos and the late Amy Ferguson. Preceded in death by his parents Jack and Marie (nee Johnson) Cusack. Close friend and companion of Evelyn White. Caring brother of James (Jeanne) Cusack, Thomas Cusack, Kathleen (Lawrence) Bahnaman and the late Jack Cusack and Delores (Patrick) Masterson. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of “Bill W. and Dr. Bob”. Memorial Mass Tuesday April 18, 2017 10:00 AM at St. Mary Church 19515 115th Ave. Mokena, IL. 60448. Interment in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Misericordia Heart of Mercy. Don was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a retired member of Local 134 IBEW. Don graduated from St. Rita H.S. in 1953.
