Dominic Bertinetti Jr.

Dominic Bertinetti, Jr., 84, of Tinley Park, IL, left us to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 11th.
He was born in Kincaid, IL, 03/19/29 to Dominic Sr. and Mary Bertinetti. He served his country as Sgt. in the Army and later obtained a Master’s Degree from Illinois State University. As a passionate teacher for 62 years, he was an influential educator and role model to his students. He taught at Markham Jr. High School, Consolidated School District 230, and critiqued student teachers at University of Illinois. To his children and grandchildren he was always a supportive and loving role model.
He is survived by his loving wife Doris, Children Rebecca Di Clemente, Dominic Bertinetti III, and James Bertinetti, his son-in-law John Di Clemente and daughter-in-law Debra Bertinetti, he is a beloved Poppy to his grandchildren Sebastian Di Clemente, Jessa & Andrew Bertinetti, all of Tinley Park, IL. Brother Frank Bertinetti of Raymond, IL.
