Deloris Louise Janota

Deloris Louise Janota (nee Argianas), age 101, late of Park Forest, IL passed away on March 19, 2024, at Lightways Hospice in Joliet, IL. Deloris got her bachelor’s degree at University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign. She then went on to get her master’s degree at Governors State University. Deloris taught speech therapy for roughly 35 years. She enjoyed playing bridge and reading. She was a member of Kappa Gamma Delta. Deloris was inducted into the Park Forest Hall of Fame. She met her husband at Desert Song and spent 56 loving years together. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Beloved wife of the late Raymond Janota. Loving mother of Bob, Bill (Lorraine), and Laura Janota. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Megan) and Alexander. Cherished great grandmother of Cooper. Caring sister of Chris (Bonnie) Argianas and the late Jerry Argianas. Dear daughter of the late Peter and Anastasia Argianas. Kind aunt of Lynn, Diane, Gina, Peter, and Andrea.
