Beryl E. Otto

Beryl Evelyn Otto nee Blackmore age 96 born March 20, 1916 at rest November 14, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Otto. Loving mother of Alan (Dianna), Paul (Deborah), and the late Dawn (Blair) Kelch. Proud grandmother of David, Jill, Alison, Kristin, Lauren, David, Carolyn, Katherine, great grandmother of 10, and caregivers Lana and Beata. Dear sister of Gwendolyn Walsh. Proceeded in death by her parents Clara and Fred Blackmore, sister Clara O’Connor, brothers Gilbert and Fredrick Blackmore,. Beryl was an avid sports participant growing up in the Gresham neighborhood (Ryder playground) in Chicago in the 20’s and 30’s. A lifelong Chicago Cubs fan and later in life watched any televised sporting events of the Universities her grandchildren attended. In lieu of flowers donations to Zion Lutheran Church.
