Arjen "Archie" Oellerich

Arjen “Archie” Oellerich, age 84, passed away September 9, 2015 after an illness. He was son of the late Hans and Julie Oellerich. Loving father of Georgia Oellerich and Dawn (Chuck) Ruprecht. Cherished grandfather of Adam Ruprecht and Amanda Ruprecht. Dear brother of Margarethe “Rita” Costa and the late Hans Paul. Loving uncle of Julie Fenner and Sue Reiher. Dearest great uncle of Mike Reiher and Monica Reiher. Funeral Saturday September 12, 2015 10:00 AM at the Vandenberg Funeral Home 17248 S. Harlem Ave. Tinley Park, IL. 60447. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Archie was a veteran of the Korean War. He worked as an electrician for over 30 years. After retiring, he loyally volunteered at St. Francis Hospital in Blue Island and both St. James Hospitals in Olympia Fields and Chicago Heights. Visitation Friday September 11, 2015 from 3-8 PM.
