Alice J. Ficker nee Hoogervorst, late of Tinley Park, IL. Beloved wife of the late Deacon John B. Ficker. Loving mom of John (Becky), Cathy (Dave), Larry (Jane), the late Barbara, Michael (Andi), Cindy (Jeff), and Daniel (Kelly). Grandma of 14, great grandma of 8. Caring sister of the late Jack Hoogervorst, Peter Hoogervorst, Corrine Wilma, Robert Hoogervorst, and Thomas Hoogervorst. She is survived by her sister Barbara (Richard) Pielin and James (Patricia) Hoogervorst.
Visitation, Friday, May 21, 2021, 3:00-8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Funeral Saturday, May 22, 2021, 10:30 AM at the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue Tinley Park, IL. to St. George Catholic Church, Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM. Interment in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery next to her loving husband will occur at a later date. In lieu of flowers, live how Alice lived her life, do something nice for others.
