Alexander Wheeler

On Monday, December 20, 2021, Alexander (Alex) Wheeler passed away at the age of 21. A loving son, brother, and grandson, Alex was a life-long resident of New Lenox. Alex graduated from Lincoln Way West in 2018.
Alex was a kind, creative, and analytical soul. He was a history buff and was highly knowledgeable in the events of the great wars, particularly World War II. His greatest passion however, was music. He enjoyed going to concerts and meeting the iconic members of the bands he supported. He was a dear and warmhearted friend and helped anyone who asked. He had an endearing and infectious smile, and a compassionate spirit.
Alex was proceeded in death by his great-grandmother “Meema” Marian Zeise, and grandfather Omar Wheeler. He is survived by his parents, Dan and Sandy, his sister Tessa, his grandparents, Carole Hussey, Vern and Sue Sterchele, and Carolyn Wheeler, and his cousins.
A funeral service will be held at a future time. Information will be provided once it is set.
