It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Borgia on February 5, 2025. James was known for his infectious laughter and his unwavering happiness. He was an avid golfer and a true family man, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones. James was a friend to all, and he loved to make people laugh. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and was a generous soul, doing everything he could for everyone around him.

James was also a dedicated Stationary Engineer and a talented plumber and handyman. His skills and expertise were invaluable to those who knew him, and he was always willing to share his knowledge and lend a hand to anyone in need. His work ethic and dedication to his craft were admired by all who had the pleasure of working with him.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through the love and laughter he brought to those around him. James's legacy as a hardworking and kind-hearted individual will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him. He will be forever remembered for his warmth, humor, and his willingness to help others.

James was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Peter Borgia and Mary McCallum (William McCallum), as well as his cherished children, Joanne (Borgia) Baublitz and James Peter Borgia.

He is survived by his loving children: Jamie Borgia, Janine Borgia-Perez and her husband Michael Perez, Jennifer Lauerman and her husband Mike Lauerman, Ginny Latham and her husband Jeffrey Latham, Elizabeth Blahunka and her husband Robert Blahunka, Lenny Farris and Ivan Baublitz, the surviving spouse of Joanne.

James was a proud grandfather to Aaron Baublitz, Angelina Borgia, Brandon Perez, Brett Borgia, Brooke Perez, Eleanor Levesque, Emma Levesque, Haylee Perez, Jacqueline Kiel, Joshuah Bates, Jurnee Baublitz, Kara Perez, Kailey Latham, Niki Lafferty, Macy Schultz, Morgan Perez, Nicholas Borgia, Samantha Latham, Timothy Denton, Trey Robinson, and William Borgia and a great grandfather to Korrie and Gracelynn Borgia.

He was also blessed with great-grandchildren: Alyse Borgia, Alyvia Borgia, James Baublitz, Jayden Baublitz, JennaBella Baublitz, Julian Baublitz, JulieAnn Baublitz, Khamil Lane, Lillian Borgia, Makenzie Borgia, Nathan Borgia, River Borgia, and Teagan Denton.

James Borgia's legacy of love, laughter, and generosity will be carried on by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
