Charlene S. Farrell

Charlene S. Farrell (nee Siano), age 72, late of Orland Park, IL, passed away February 15, 2024, at her home. Charlene was diagnosed with a malignant neoplasm of the cerebellum on December 24, 2023. She graduated from Oak Lawn Community High School, she attended Judson College and graduated from Saint Xaviers University with a degree in early childhood education.

She was preceded in death by husband Boyd Farrell, parents Charles and Mildred Siano, brother Steven (Mary) Siano. She is survived by sister Ginny Siano-Eck (John), nephew Steve Siano (Nina), nieces Jacqueline Montividas (Mike), Jennifer Siano, Susan Siano, caregiver Jennifer Van Vossen and many cousins in the Chicago and Atlanta areas.
