Aldo Zordan, born March 2, 1930 in Chicago Illinois, late of Mokena, IL, passed away February 4, 2024, at the age of 93, at Silver Cross Hospital with his loving family by his side. U.S Veteran of 37 years of service comprised of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard. He retired at the rank of Colonel. Aldo served as the president of the National Guard Association of Illinois from 1981 to 1983. He also ran the family business, Zordan Music House, in Roseland, Frankfort, and Blue Island, IL. He earned a Masters of Arts degree from Governors State University in 1975. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife Virginia Lee Zordan nee Randolph of 70 years. Loving father of David (Janet McGrath) Zordan, Lawrence (Merri) Zordan, the late Alan (Nancy Pohlman) Zordan, Terrence (Catherine) Zordan. Cherished grandfather of Emma, Amy, Liz, Josh, Larissa, Lisa, Julie, David, Brian, Daniel, and Helen. Cherished great-grandfather of 7. Caring brother of late Wanda (late Steve) DeMuri, late Bianca (late Angelo) Salvador, and late Bruno (late Maria) Zordan. Dear son of the late Antonio and Teresa Zordan. Kind Uncle of several nieces and nephews.
